 T-MOBILE: Recruitment Campaign

(employer branding + social ads, 2018-2019)

With the hiring of rockstar CEO Lohn Legere, in 2014, T-Mobile quickly rebranded itself as the Un-carrier, bucking industry norms, shedding conventional strategies, and catapulting themselves to become the 3rd largest wireless provider in the country.

The re-imagining of their consumer brand would prompt a re-imagining of their employer brand, as they needed to recruit thousands of likeminded ‘rebels’ to support such rapid growth. I was proud to be a Senior Writer driving the #BeMagenta campaign, where “Unleash Your Challenger Spirit” became a rallying cry for current employees and potential candidates alike.
